This morning by tweet, president Trump noted that Joe Scarborough’s mind is shot, that he’s as nuts as ever, which Scarborough read on his show shortly after its posting, then commented that the hilarious Obama video posted above that tweet is offensive (to Joe Biden and Barack Obama!)
