This morning on Stephanie Ruhle’s daily wuhan-fear-fest on MSNBC, infectious disease expert Michael Osterholm ventured that no more than 5% of the U. S population has been infected by the wuhan virus, without saying how he arrived at that number! Cases of the wuhan have been reported in every one of the United States, those cases tested and reported which though are just the tip of the icebergs of the total infections by that highly contagious virus, and considering that Andrew Cuomo said that half of New York’s population has been infected, and that California may be about the same, it’s certainly much more reasoned to say that perhaps 60,000,000 people in the U. S. have been infected, the real number determinable only by random testing for the antibody across the Country, the job of CDC.
