Trump set-up the Democrat governors to squawk that they have states’ rights (Tenth Amendment) by inciting them to say that he thinks he’s king because in baiting them said that he has total power to end the shutdown, so now that president Trump has bestowed upon the governors the management of the wuhan situation in their respective states, they have their cherished Tenth Amendment rights fulfilled and their constituents breathing down their necks to end the shutdown.
