The Chinese lunar new year festivities lasted from Jan. 17th though Jan. 31st while president Xi knew the wuhan virus was highly contagious, when Chinese people were traveling all over China and many came to China from all around the world to be with their families, so Xi obviously was more than willing that perhaps millions of Chinese would die that the wuhan virus would be spread all over the world.
