The Democrats are incentivized to not want the true extent of the spread of the wuhan virus known because the death rate by the wuhan would be shown similar to that by the influenza (flu) virus, and president Trump is incentivized to not want the true extent of the spread known because that would help prove that the wuhan was spreading in the U. S. long before his travel bans, yet in discovering and publicizing the true extent of the wuhan spread (about 50 million Americans?) by random testing across the Country, Trump could rightly say that the curve has been flattened (the goal of the shutdown), and much herd immunity has been achieved, such that now is the time to reopen the American economy.
