President Trump Says 29 States in Position to Open Before May 1st & That Governors Will Handle Wuhan Testing

Today at his wuhan press briefing, president Trump said testing for wuhan is the states’ responsibility, not the federal government’s, and that 29 states are ready to open before May 1st.
