All across the United States, about 2.3 million wuhan virus tests have been conducted (on almost 1% of the population), of those about 400,000 having tested positive, so when you multiply that number of Americans tested positive by 100, the estimated number of Americans who have been infected by the wuhan is about 40 million, similar to the spread of the influenza virus which has killed about 50,000 Americans so far this flu season, by the wuhan about 14,000 so far.
