President Trump’s general guideline for the Country to stay at home is not law, rather it’s an executive suggestion, that each state has the power to go further with legal dictate if deemed necessary, so as public impatience grows to get back to things-as-normal soon, the Democrat governors will be fighting an uphill battle trying to keep the economy shutdown by the wuhan until the election in November.
