Trump Says He’d Rather Run Against Andrew Cuomo Than Sleepy Joe Who’s Not Capable of Oval Office Competency

This morning on Fox & Friends, president Trump said he’d rather run against Andrew Cuomo because he’d hate to see somebody as incapable as Sleepy Joe with a chance to win the Oval Office.
