Robert Massie will be hated by tens of millions of Americans, both Democrat and Republican, should he carry through on his threat to demand a floor vote in the House where a quorum of House members would be required, thus to delay the passage of economic relief package. Mr Massie says the bill is a budget buster, to be debated, yet should the package not come forth soon for president Trump to sign, the economic damage done by the wuhan scare-hoax will only increase.
