One-Hundred-Thousand People Die Annually in New York City Where Only Two Thousand ICU Beds in Use

Translate:

Every year in New York City about 100,000 people die of various causes, about 4,000 of those by the common flus, and thus far this flu season about 300 deaths by the wuhan, so doesn’t it seem that the purported lack of medical care in NYC could be the fault of mayor Bill de Blasio and governor Andrew Cuomo considering the 4,000 people annually in New York City who die of complications caused by the common flu viruses, the vast majority of them the elderly and/or chronically ill?
