Senator Tim Kaine Says Emergency Rescue Bill Good Enough for Nervous Nancy to Pass by Unanimous Consent

This morning on MSNBC, senator Tim Kaine said that Nancy Pelosi thinks the emergency rescue bill passed in the Senate is good enough for her to have the House pass it by unanimous consent (not having to return to Washington D. C to vote).
