Virulence is the spreadability of a virus to new hosts to produce infections, and Dr. Syra Madad on Special Report today said that the virulence (spreadability) of the wuhan virus is ten times that of the influenza virus (common flu), so considering that millions are infected by the common flu every year, Madad is saying there are tens of millions infected by wuhan yet only about 100 deaths.
