Tonight (Monday) on Hard Ball, the perhaps-only-thin patriotic streak of Chris Matthews nevertheless came out when expressing his disgust at Crazy Bernie’s socialist-bent candidacy, and that Mini Mike Bloomberg (who supposedly has more grey matter than farmers and manufacturers) is out of touch with low and middle income voters. Matthews wondered aloud if anybody can jump into the race to save the Democrats, while marveling at president Trump’s audacious hyperbolic language which is working in the rough-and-tumble world of politics; Matthews seems to be at least a secret admirer of Trump, because he couldn’t come right out and say that expecting to keep his job!
