Andrew McCabe is acting as though he isn’t fearing prosecution now that the DoJ has announced no charges against him, no charges yet, considering the DoJ’s statement was in reference to a very narrow scope of investigation, much more reportedly being investigated by John Durham, and perhaps McCabe already a cooperating witness merely acting now that he did nothing wrong.
