U. S. attorney John Durham is still working on his investigation of the Russia Hoax (the procurement and dissemination of the Golden Shower Dossier used to fraudulently obtain FISA warrants), the results of his investigation due to be made known in late spring or early summer, so although the DoJ said today that Andrew McCabe will not be indicted, it would seem McCabe is still in legal jeopardy.
