If it’s true that the judges in federal cases select the jurors after asking questions of them written by the prosecution and defense teams, the judge in the Roger Stone federal case, Amy Berman Jackson (who put Paul Manafort in solitary confinement), installed Tomeka Hart, a politically active leftist suffering serious TDS, as the jury foreperson. Ms Hart’s online history would have disqualified her from being an unbiased juror had that history been investigated and considered, so a mistrial should be declared.
