Today on Morning Joe, the ever scrambling Scarborough said that the Biden campaign circulated an internal memo in October that they might lose Iowa and New Hampshire bigly, and that they may be running low on cash for the Nevada caucus and the South Carolina primary, which Scarborough says only proves that the exposure of Quid Pro Joe’s Ukraine shenanigans had absolutely nothing to do with his embarrassing defeats in Iowa and New Hampshire, wishful thinking indeed.
