That president Trump rejected her offer of handshake at the start of the State of the Union proceeding obviously had something to do with Nancy Pelosi’s ripping apart her copy of his speech when it ended, but that certainly does not excuse her from having been so vainglorious as to not have expected or at least thought possible that Trump would reject her feigned courtesy after what she’s put him through.
