Tonight (Monday) the caucus totals from the precincts in Iowa are thus far over three hours later than usual in being reported, the excuse that the Iowa Democrat Party is conducting “quality checks” on the precinct vote totals, sure to draw cries of foul from the candidates who end-up not faring well.
