Today wrapping up at the impeachment trial, superstar lawyer Patrick Philbin explained that the first article of impeachment, the abuse of power, was just Trump directing the actions of those beneath him in the executive branch, his prerogative, and the second article of impeachment, obstructing Congress, was merely the president threatening to utilize his rightful executive privilege, any conflict between the legislative branch (Congress) and the executive branch (president Trump) to be resolved by the judicial branch of the U. S. government, not by the legislative branch (Congress).
