Wouldn’t John Bolton upon his firing by president Trump have been highly motivated to disclose his (Trump’s) supposed malfeasance dealing with Ukraine? Why did Bolton instead write it in a book, a preliminary draft of which has been leaked while the impeachment trial is ongoing?
