If the abuse of power and obstruction of Congress would become the standard for impeaching future presidents, then any economic and/or military leveraging by a U. S. president against a competing nation which could be construed to help the president politically could be said to be a high crime, impeachable, and Congressional subpoenas could’t be contested by the executive privilege claim.
