At the impeachment trial today, Team Trump lawyer Mike Purpura noted that Marie Yovanovitch (ambassador to Ukraine) and Tim Morrison (NSC) said that the Javelin tank-buster missile sales to Ukraine were not part of the briefly paused aid package, and keep in mind that president Obama refused to give or sell Javelins to Ukraine for defense against Russia’s invasion.
