It’s becoming quite apparent that the Democrats would forever assert that the Republicans covered-up something for president Trump if no witnesses will be called for the impeachment trial, so assuming that accusation of coverup would be unacceptable to Trump, his legal team with the Republicans in the U. S. Senate may choose to call their witnesses such as Ciaramella, Schiff, Misko, and the Biden boys to come testify, to prove that they engaged in the Ukraine Hoax, their conspiracy to frame the president, which would render moot the need for the Democrats’ witnesses.
