Alan Dershowitz is being called a constitutional representative for the impeachment trial on behalf of president Trump, constitutional representative an odd term which probably Dershowitz requested, and perhaps which Trump agreed good, for Dershowitz the Democrat out of the tactical defense strategizing while gaining the support of a prominent Democrat demonstrating that Trump’s acquittal is bipartisan.
