After unfreezing Iranian assets worth $150 billion, and giving the government of Iran an additional $1.5 billion in cash on pallets off-loaded from an airplane in the dead of night, the Obama administration was surely not surprised that Iran increased its proxy war activity, that which the freedom-loving Iranians were protesting last week, tired of Iran’s wealth being spent on proxy wars.
