Out of the blue this afternoon, the New York Times’ very weird economics pontificator Paul Krugman tweeted that somebody is using his ip address to download child porn, so why did Krugman announce that to the world if not to contest what the police may have discovered, thus Krugman’s announcement to the world the gist of his legal defense strategy? (Update: Krugman deleted the tweet, he says at the advise of his employer the New York Times.)
