Reportedly the roughly 15 ballistic missiles fired from Iran did little damage to the military bases in Iraq, seemingly fired without precise guidance to purposefully do little damage, which could be the Iranian mullahs face-saving attack in revenge for Soleimani’s death, attacking the Americans while perhaps without inciting all-out war against the United States.
