Having been sued by Nick Sandmann for $250 million last year, CNN today decided to settle the case, thus avoiding what would be a very embarrassing trial which would have involved disclosure of CNN’s internal documents about their reportage of Sandmann being heckled by the tom tom beater, so it will be interesting to see how NBC and the Washington Post respond to Sandmann’s lawsuits against them.
