This evening (Sunday) president Trump said that if the U. S. forces in Iraq are expelled, then the U. S. must be compensated for the airbase built there, and that Iraq, as an ally of Iran, would face the same types of sanctions being suffered by Iran, so it’s time for Iraq to pick a side.
