This morning by tweet, president Trump quite cryptically posited that “Iran has never won a war but never lost a negotiation,” apparently implying that negotiating with Iran has just brought more terrorism from such as Al Qud’s leader Qassem Soleimani, killed in Iraq where he was planning more destruction.
