On Hard Ball tonight (Tuesday), guest Rachel Maddow, promoting a book, said that Vladimir Putin has always wanted to be one of the very biggest players in the global oil and gas market, so somebody should ask her why then would Putin have wanted Trump to become president in 2016 (particularly considering that the U. S. is now the world’s biggest oil and gas producer), wouldn’t Putin have much preferred a green head like Crooked Hillary who planned to gut the U. S. fossil fuel industry?
