Some have been saying that the migration of people from the leftist dominated Northeastern states down to such as Florida and Texas will help cause those southern states to turn purple then blue, but among new arrivals to Texas, senator Ted Cruz achieved a 15 point margin over Beto O’Rourke in 2018, indicating that Arizona and Colorado with many new arrivals from leftist dominated California will turn to red in 2020, as well as North Carolina with Florida on the east coast fully red.
