One of most murderous nations in the world is Mexico, and the wanton exportation of that violence into the U. S. is being conducted indirectly by the Mexican government failing to enforce the laws, failing to defang the cartels, yet should president Trump declare Mexico a terrorist nation, couldn’t that be the impetus needed to force the Mexican government into constructive action?
