The antithesis of that communist scheme is president Trump’s plan for competition in all the states availed to all qualified insurance companies and the doctors paid by those insurance companies, competition across the board and transparency the key to driving down healthcare costs, with perhaps a National Healthcare Fund supplied by tax credited donations from individuals up to 10% of gross income, and the remaining 40% (up to the 50% max) tax deductible.
