The second article of impeachment is abuse of power, a component of which (along with “quid pro quo in Ukraine”) is that Trump went to the court system, the Judicial Branch of the federal government, to challenge congressional subpoenas concerning the impeachment witch hunt being conducted against him, so aren’t the Democrats Congress, of the Legislative Branch, acting as Judicial Branch employees?
