The Democrats in the House of Representatives on Capitol Hill may be enabled to sheepishly vote no on impeachment by blaming the U. S. Senate, that the articles of impeachment would not receive a fair trial in the Republican-majority Senate such that even Nuts and Nervous Nancy might vote no!
