Perhaps the best barometer of who is actually born again as opposed to just nominally Christian is whether the necessity to become born again is emphasized by the professing Christian(s), as we notice that many churches don’t even preach the necessity of being born again to see eternal life by the saving grace of Jesus Christ who died on the Cross that you could become a child of Elohim!
