Many House Democrats in districts won by president Trump in 2016 have indicated that they’re not keen on voting to impeach him, so Nervous Nancy Pelosi will probably give her ok for them to vote no on impeachment (though they would probably vote no anyway) in order to increase the odds that the Democrats retain control of the House after the 2020 elections, seeing president Trump’s reelection and the Republicans’ continuing control of the U. S. Senate almost certain, the House their only real hope.
