Michael Horowitz late Monday night published a preliminary report concerning the FISA abuse which enabled the framing of Trump, the report stating that the FBI and DoJ during the Obama years were shoddy in deciding who would be deemed a reliable confidential informant, such as Christopher Steele, the purveyor of the Golden Shower Dossier, who was treated as an honest broker of information.
