Some are saying that Ukraine-born Alexander Vindman was offered the job of Defense Minister for Ukraine as a joke, three times, but what kind of joke is repeated two times after the initial telling? So apparently Vindman’s philosophy to follow “interagency consensus” in serving the NSC is quite friendly to Ukraine, rather than to the U. S., after all, why else would the Ukrainians have “joked” three times that he should be the leader of Ukraine’s department of defense?
