Goofy Brett Baier of Fox News says that president Trump provided the Democrats another count for impeachment by tweeting against Marie Yovanovitch while she was testifying (the tweet which Adam Schiff read in real time in the hearing room), but for witness intimidation, there has to be a witness, which Yonavitch is not because she witnessed nothing to do with Trump’s phone call to Zelensky.
