The U. S. Constitution says that persons born within the jurisdiction of the United States automatically are U. S. citizens, yet foreign diplomats’ babies born in the U. S. are not U. S. citizens (although they are within the jurisdiction of the U. S.), so how can babies born to illegal aliens be U. S. citizens considering that the foreign diplomats are in the U. S. legally while the illegal aliens are not?
