The Rephaim were the ancestor gods of the Canaanites who despite their Hamitic ancestry spoke a Semitic language like Hebrew and similar to Akkadian, rabu in Akkadian (Assyrian) which means prince, and in Hebrew, rabbi which means master. The rpum in the Ugaritic (Amorite) language were their semi-deified ancestors, the Rephaim in the Bible, worshipped at Gilgal Rephaim, shaped like Atlantis!
