In a wonderful twist of fate, federal judge William Bertelsman who ruled against Nick Sandmann’s case proceeding has reversed himself, so the Washington Post is back on the hook along with CNN, NBC, the NYT’s Maggie Haberman, and Kathy Griffin, to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.
