If Turkey can push back the military threat from the Kurds in northern Syria along the border, then Turkish forces would have to battle against Kurds only in eastern Turkey, so it seems plausible that the Turks, Syrians, and Russians can come to agreement on how to keep northern Syria free of ISIS terror.
