Longtime Clinton confidante, tricky Dick Morris, says that if Hillary has a pulse, she’ll be running in 2020, bringing to mind some kind of horror movie, the return of the living dead or some such, she could sit up in a crypt saying she’s baaaack for her opening campaign ad, wouldn’t that be awesome?
