Syria, Russia, and Turkey did little to put down ISIS when the caliphate was flourishing, only president Trump finally having gotten the job done, so now let’s see if those powers in the region will keep ISIS down, or will let it flourish again, as Peking (Lebron) James would say, the ball is in their court.
