Perhaps best describing Joe Biden’s performance in the debate is that he was uttering word salads, often nonsensical combinations of words mustered-up by enthusiasm, his rapid talking ahead of his brain which seems to be lagging, not too presidential, easy prey for Trump, “Word Salad Joe.”
